In my experience, that's the WORST thing you can do as you'll never find it again. I keep all my windows wide open and just close them when I'm done. Expose plus the "single app mode" of liteswitch x keep me happy. Oh, and mondomouse because I don't like to click/drag that tiny corner on the right just to resize a window. Spaces... not sure what to say about that. With the three progs I use, spaces is pretty much useless. It's cool looking and all .. that's about it.
